Today’s “Living Kitchen” is pushing design in new directions. The classic kitchen triangle is designed primarily around one cook and the pattern of traffic that they will take to access 3 main points: Cooking, Washing and Cold Storage. As appliance/plumbing size, shape and technologies evolve, the fundamentals behind kitchen planning need to do the same. Join Poggenpohl and True Refrigeration for a lively panel on how today’s kitchen triangle is being disrupted.
